Needs Action Group, a group that takes action for your needs

We are a group of volunteers with disabilities dedicated to helping you overcome challenges related to your long-term condition or disability. We are Needs Action Group, a group of volunteers with disabilities, who are here to help you find the support you need to overcome a specific challenge or obstacle related to your long-term condition/disability. Our aim is to direct and signpost you to relevant services and provide practical recommendations. All suggestions, advice and recommendations are based on our own personal experience, as well as individual research that is carried out for each client’s specific issue.

We are entirely committed to provide support on a voluntary basis, we do not take payment for our services. However, our greatest and best gift of gratitude is your willingness to become one of us, to support individuals like yourself.

This group is founded by Anastasija Kudrjavceva (referred directly to as Ana), who is a visually impaired lady with a never-ending willingness to help and support others in need. Ana believes that all individuals with disabilities deserve the highest level of support possible, which she is hoping to be able to deliver through the tireless efforts of her faithful group.

All members of the Needs Action Group have some type of disability, or are otherwise linked to supporting individuals with special needs. Once you have contacted us for support, Ana will assess your situation thoroughly in order to allocate a suitable member, who has a personal experience of your specific disability and situation, or has supported individuals with your specific disability in the past. The founder of the group prefers to take full lead of the process and will be the direct point of contact between you and the allocated member. However, the direct contact between service users and allocated members can be utilised with a mutual agreement to do so. All direct contacts will be monitored by the founder via Google meetings and other communication channels.
